Alvarez Yairi DY-91 Flamed Koa Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Gloss Natural w/ OHSC

This 1994 Alvarez Yairi DY-91 Flamed Koa Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar is in excellent condition. It has been played by its original owner over the years and shows some light scratches and dings on the body from normal use, but overall, it is very clean cosmetically. The treble side of the fretboard shows some signs of wear on the first 5-6 frets but the guitar chords clearly and easily all the way up the neck. This guitar has been professionally set up and plays great! The neck is straight, the action is low and comfortable and the sounds fantastic! This guitar will come complete with the original Hardshell Case that shows some signs of wear including a makeshift handle (see picture), but it is otherwise fully functional and original to the guitar! The previous owner installed a pickup (via endpin jack, no extra holes) that sounds great and makes this guitar ready for the stage or studio.
