Our Traditional Series was created with two things in mind. Create an instrument with traditional 'vintage' features like a flat-top headstock, hand-carved volute, and diamond inlays. But at the same time maintaining the unique tonal balance of the standard Larrivée symmetrical parabolic bracing system. An enlarged soundhole allows significantly greater mid-range punch, emphasizing the low end, and increasing overall volume. This 50 Series features our highest grade mahogany, herringbone trim, and our traditional angled bone nut.
