Martin Custom Shop D-35 Seth Avett Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Gloss Natural w/ OHSC

This 2013 Martin Custom Shop D-35 Seth Avett Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar is in excellent condition. It has been very well cared for and maintained by its original owner and shows no large dings, dents, scratches, or any signs of heavy play. There is a small area of top binding on the treble side waist that is just slightly starting to bump up. You currently can't get any glue behind it to do any sort of repair so it would just be something to watch for any further movement in the future (See picture). This guitar has been professionally set up and is a fantastic player! The neck is straight, the action is low and comfortable, and the frets are in excellent condition. The previous owner had a very nice Fishman Gold Natural Plus pickup installed that sounds excellent and makes this guitar the perfect choice for the stage or studio.
