Vintage 1965 Gibson B-45-12 12-String Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Natural w/ Case

This 1965 Gibson B-45-12 12-String Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar is in excellent condition. It shows no cracks, repairs, or any structural issues past or present. It does show some light playwear from regular use over the years including a few minor dings and scrapes on the body (See pictures). It also shows some even weather checking in the nitro on the top as is to be expected. The previous owner lightly inscribed his name on the back of the headstock near the tuners (pictured). This guitar has been freshly re-strung and sounds fantastic. While the action is fairly nice on the first several frets and cords clearly in the cowboy positions, the strings do get a bit higher going up the neck (see pictures of action at 1st and 12th from the Low E Side). It is likely that this one would require some additional setup attention if you plan on spending a lot of time further up the neck.
