1968 Gibson Hummingbird Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Cherry Sunburst Finish w/ Case

This Vintage 1968 Gibson Hummingbird Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar is in very good condition. It has been well cared for over the years although it does show some moderate wear including various minor dings and scratches on the body, neck and headstock. The neck shows a few capo wear marks and there is some moderate weather checking in the finish on the top as well as some pick wear on the pickguard and just below the pickguard (see pictures). This guitar has no cracks, breaks, or repairs other than a recent partial bridge re-glue. This guitar has been freshly re-strung and setup to ensure optimal playability. The neck is straight, the action is comfortable, and the frets are in good shape although there are some depressions in the fretboard on the first few frets and some divots in the fretwire from normal play over the years. This guitar will come with a period-correct non-original case as pictured. It has a replacement handle and areas of duct tape so it looks well used, but is fully functional and performs its job as intended.
