This 1992 Alvarez Yairi DY-52 Canyon Creek Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar is in excellent condition. It has been well cared for by its original owner and shows only some very light playwear including a small ding on the bottom side of the Top (see picture). But overall, this guitar is incredibly clean and shows no other large dings, dents, scratches, or signs of heavy play. This guitar has been professionally set up and plays great! The neck is straight, the action is low and comfortable, and the frets are in excellent condition. This guitar will come complete with the original Hardshell Case that is also in clean condition.
